The Graduate Program in Management - PPGAUnB started its activities with the Academic Master's course in 1976, followed by the Professional Master's in 2004 and the Doctorate (Ph.D.) in 2006. It is one of the oldest PPGAs in Brazil and which consolidated as a center of excellence in the last 12 years. Currently, the PPGA/UnB is grade 5 by CAPES.

 

Our mission is to train researchers and managers through the creation and dissemination of knowledge and the stimulation of creativity, critical and reflective thinking, and permanent updating.

 

Our values include academic pluralism, equal treatment, respect for others, respect for rules and procedures, meritocracy, transparency, cordiality, and professionalism in the relationships between employees, professors, and students.
